No, unfortunately, we don't allow multiple accounts for the same household or IP address you can simply use the same account on multiple devices. 

But if you still believe you need to have separate accounts you will have to pass the KYC process. You can open a ticket for this and provide all the information on why you think you need separate accounts in the same household and be ready to provide govt. issued identity card and selfie with code sent by our support team.
